This non-profit initiative connects international games industry companies with game dev professionals fleeing war

We connect those in need with those willing to help
A group of four Ukrainian companies and 30 volunteers has teamed up with InGame Job to help international companies connect with the game industry professionals fleeing Ukraine. We also connect Ukrainian businesses with potential clients, services providers, and publishers. The initiative is non-profit, none of the volunteering companies or individuals benefit from it financially. Companies who have filled in our form get access to over 900 games industry professionals’ profiles for free, as well as free access to all the services at InGame Job.
Who we are
InGame Job is a Ukrainian-based job-portal for game developers. By February 2022 it has become #1 games industry job portal in Ukraine, Russia and Belarus with over 100 000 monthly visits and over 6000 job postings. It is co-founded by Tetiana Loktionova, leader of the initiative volunteering group and Roman Vasiliev
GDBAY, games industry business platform, is an online space for new business opportunities for game developers, investors, publishers and industry experts. It’s a place to share experiences, communicate without borders and join events all year round. Co-founded and owned by Olena Lobova and Stanislav Novokhatko, Ukrainians.
Born in Ukraine in 2008, DevGAMM has been uniting game industry professionals from Eastern Europe and beyond for over 14 years now.
Founded by Lerika Mallayeva, Ukrainian.
Games Gathering, the biggest B2B conference in Eastern dedicated to game development and the creation of high-quality gaming content. Founded and owned by Oleksandr Khrutskiy and Irina Syomka, Ukrainians.
Values Value is a Ukrainian team of game development talent acquisition experts.
Since 2017, we have been helping games industry companies to hire entire teams, headhunt top-level talents, study the labour market and salaries in the industry.

Help Games Industry Professionals
By 2021 Ukrainian games industry had more than 30 000 employees and freelancers. Most of them suffer from war: relocated outside the country, relocated inside the country, lost their job or quit it because of the Russian roots of the employer. We have gathered information about 800+ professionals looking for jobs either remote (male 18-60 y.o. are not allowed to leave the country) or to relocate.
We will give you access to the database of professionals, process the information about your open positions and other ways you can help and spread the word among 20 000+ games industry professionals from Ukraine so they can contact you directly!
