For many years, our platform has been benefiting the games industry: we’ve never placed limits on the number of free job postings, and we haven’t restricted access to the candidate database behind a paywall. Sharing our salary and other research with the market to make it more transparent has always been important to us.
In this message, I’d like to tell you about some upcoming changes. The games industry is going through turbulent times, and we’re no exception. Therefore, we need to adjust the interaction models between employers and the portal.
Information for Recruitment Agencies
Starting from November 1st, all recruiting agencies on the InGameJob portal will only be able to post one job vacancy for free. Posting additional vacancies will be subject to a fee, with each vacancy costing $20.
We’re giving platform users advance notice so everyone can prepare accordingly.
We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, so we’ve prepared a special offer for recruiting agencies to help save costs.
To bypass the paid job posting, you can subscribe to our partnership package on the portal. The minimum subscription period is 3 months, and it includes 5 top boosters per month, company logo on the main page, branding of job and company pages. Prices for 3 months: $120, 6 months: $200, 12 months: $350. The boosters accrued each month won’t expire even after the subscription period ends. Jobs marked with boosters get more visibility than regular postings. Attention! This offer is available only in October 2023.
Information for All
Our team is planning other changes that will affect all companies on the platform. In the coming months, access to the candidate database will become paid, with free access remaining only for portal partners who have subscriptions to our services for 3 months or longer.
Currently, in the autumn of 2023, we are prepared to offer a 10% discount on partnership. Now is the best time to plan your hiring strategy for the near future!
